Job Description: Using LiveChat, Emails or Support Ticket System answer pre-sales questions, billing or technical issues. Work in any of the 3 rotating shifts.

Desired Profile: Any graduate who is comfortable working with computer & internet surfing. Analytical and good communication skill is a must. Knowldege of Spanish, Germany and other languages is a plus.

Maximum Experience: 2 years
