I love how everybody knows someone who is a case study for me. This is always in spite of the fact that I repeatedly tell them that my brand of psychology is just about as far from the stereotypical counseling approach as one can get. Then, when I clarify that industrial/organizational psychology has little to nothing to do with their concept of what psychology is, they ask why I didnt just got into human resources instead. You really cant win here.
